Face Reality
The Lumina shop
Professional skincare, prescribed not guessed.
These are the products our aestheticians use in the treatment room and recommend afterwards. Pharmaceutical-grade actives at concentrations you cannot buy over a counter — which is exactly why they need to be matched to your skin rather than picked off a shelf.

Regimens
Which products go with my treatment?
Home care is what makes a treatment last. Each regimen is the set your aesthetician would put together after that specific treatment — bundled, and priced below buying separately.
Regimen
The Clear Skin Set
Ultra Gentle Cleanser, Mandelic Serum 8% and Clearderma Moisturizer — the standard follow-through after acne treatment.
Regimen
The Recovery Set
Comfort Cream and Photo-Age SPF 30. Non-negotiable after a PCA peel — sun exposure on resurfaced skin undoes the result.
Regimen
The Longevity Set
Vitamin C Complex in the morning, Glycolic & Retinol Repair at night, SPF 30 daily. The three that actually change skin over time.
Brands
Which brands does Lumina carry?
Two professional lines, 41 products, all held in stock at the practice.
Acne & congestion
Face Reality
A clinical acne system built around mandelic and salicylic actives, designed to be adjusted by an aesthetician as your skin responds rather than used as a fixed routine. Best suited to active breakouts, congestion and post-inflammatory marks.
Ageing, pigment & recovery
GlyMed Plus
Pharmaceutical-grade actives for pigmentation, fine lines and post-treatment recovery, including the SPF we insist on after every peel and laser course. Available only through licensed practices.
Questions
Questions about buying skincare from us
Why buy from a medical spa instead of a pharmacy?
Professional lines carry higher concentrations of active ingredients than anything sold over a counter, which is exactly why they are restricted to licensed practices. Used incorrectly they can irritate or worsen the very problem you are treating — so they come with a consultation attached rather than a shelf label.
Do I need an appointment to buy products?
No. You can order anything online. If you are unsure what suits your skin, the twenty-minute consultation is complimentary and will save you buying the wrong thing twice.
How long does an order take to arrive?
Two to three business days across the New York metro area, free over $75. You can also select collection at the practice and pick it up at your next appointment.
Do products earn Lumina Circle points?
Yes — at the same rate as treatments. Ten points per dollar, converting to credit at your tier rate of 4%, 6% or 8%, applied automatically at your next booking.
What if a product does not suit my skin?
Tell us. We will review what you are using and swap it for something more appropriate. Unopened products can be returned within thirty days; opened ones we handle case by case, because getting the regimen right matters more than the individual sale.
